COVID 19

We are committed to ensuring that the village hall is a safe environment for our users.

We follow government regulations for Wales and advice issued by Flintshire Council.

We have prepared a risk assessment for users.  We also require hirers of the hall to submit their own.

We have Special Conditions for hiring the hall designed to prevent the spread of Covid 19 and keep users as safe as possible whilst using the facilities.

The village hall has its own Cleaning Schedule which we follow.  Hirers must also comply with our Sanitising Checklist.

These help to prevent the spread of Covid 19 caused by contaminated surfaces.
